James H. Capps IIIPresident & CEOMr. Capps was formerly VP & division head with IKON Office Solutions and President of Affordable Computer Solutions (ACS). Mr. Capps founded ACS in 1993 and was acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 1996. Mr. Capps has fifteen years experience in the computer industry and over seventeen years experience in sales and management. In 1997, he was recognized as Division Manager of the Year for IKON Office Solutions. In 1998 Mr. Capps invested in and joined NetUnlimited, Inc. as Executive Vice President and CTO. He was responsible for all aspects of sales, technology planning and acquisition strategy. In early 2002 NetUnlimited, Inc was purchased by divine, Inc. In the capacity of Vice President attached to divine Managed Services (Formerly Data Return, Host One and Intera) Mr. Capps was responsible for overall strategy for the SMB hosting initiatives. In 2003 Mr. Capps with the assistance of SilkRoad Equity purchased a portion of the hosting assets from divine to create SolidSpace, LLC. Since the founding of SolidSpace, LLC the company has more than doubled its revenue and profitability. Mr. Capps has also been responsible for several key partnerships, future growth & acquisition planning. Mr. Capps ' experience in technology management and on both sides of the acquisition process is a great asset to the future growth of SolidSpace, LLC. |

Andrea RiceChief Operating OfficerMs. Rice joined the SolidSpace executive management team in May of 2003. She is responsible for SolidSpace's daily operations, including employee management, data center operations and the organization's financials and forecasting. Mrs. Rice works with the management team to coordinate sales, marketing, product management and strategic partnerships for both SolidSpace and their Singapore division, Pendulab Inc. Prior to joining SolidSpace, Ms. Rice worked as Director of Client Services for divine Managed Services. Ms. Rice brings over 10 years of Managed Services sales and leadership experience. Ms. Rice has been instrumental in maintaining above industry standards customer retention rates in the highly competitive IT hosting industry and a focused vision of providing enterprise level managed services to the small-mid size business market. Ms. Rice is active in the community with various fundraisers and non-profit groups. She views community involvement as a necessity and believes investing in the city's social capital is key to community success. Ms. Rice currently sits on the Piedmont Triad Research Park Tenant Advisory Council and the Fifth Letter Grant Committee. She is Vice President of the West Forsyth Christian Preschool Board of Directors and founded SolidSpace's IT Outreach Program designed to assist local non-profit organizations with their IT constraints. Todd HunterSenior Vice President of TechnologyMr. Hunter holds certifications with both Cisco and Microsoft. His certifications include: CCNP, CCDA, MCSA, CCA and that list is always growing. Mr. Hunter has seven years of experience working in the IT industry. Mr. Hunter joined NetUnlimited in 1998 and functioned as a Network Engineer and later a Systems Administrator. During his tenure with divine (formerly NetUnlimted) Mr. Hunter held the position of Director of Hosting Operations. As Senior VP of Technology for SolidSpace, Mr. Hunter's key responsibilities have been the operation of our Data Center facility. The Operations umbrella includes management of the SolidSpace technical staff and over seeing the implementation of hardware and software. Mr. Hunter also functions as a Sales Engineer providing SolidSpace cliental with sound technical solutions to meet their IT demands. |
